Nice hotel with great amenities like free parking, Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. I remember how the staff helped me with the best local taxi tip on my first stay. I'll be back for Easter!

The hotel was ideal, immaculately clean room. The fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff with great attitude to guests. Location right by the frozen lakes, the supermarket and other shops, and the town centre and the tourist information centre. Great choice for trip.

We had a relaxing time using the sauna after a day out. Make sure to book a room overlooking the reindeer farm for an enjoyable view.

While the accommodation is spacious and offers a sauna, the interior design of the rooms feels a bit dated. The cold buffet options during breakfast often lacked warmth, and the limited choices in the evening meal were underwhelming at best. It was annoying to see the same disheartened offerings recycled, and despite the chef's talents, some meals didn't hit the mark, leaving little desire to dine in-house. Cleaning services were inconsistent , and in-room comfort was hindered by a heating system that couldn't be controlled. The odd placement of the hotel on the outskirts combined with peak times causing delays. For individuals with mobility issues, this might not be the most accessible option, as transportation to excursions consistently left from other hotels.

Cozy room, friendly staff, with the sauna in our spacious accommodation adding to our relaxing experience, while the location allowed easy access to local shops and was just a 15-minute drive from the airport.
